IV. Monitoring and Feedback during the Production Process
Real-time Monitoring of Operating Parameters: Through various high-precision sensors, key parameters such as temperature, pressure and speed of the machine are monitored in real time. For example, the temperature sensor in the printing unit will automatically adjust the cooling device once the temperature exceeds the normal range, preventing the ink drying speed and printing quality from being affected by excessive temperature.
Fault Warning and Self-diagnosis System: Built-in intelligent diagnostic programs can detect potential fault hazards in advance. For example, when a gear in the transmission system shows slight wear, the system can issue an early warning and prompt for component replacement according to the vibration frequency and torque changes fed back by the sensors, avoiding the expansion of faults and ensuring the reliable operation of the machine.
