It is widely used in industrial production, decorative processing, and other fields, and can significantly improve the performance and appearance quality of materials. To assist operators in using the non-plastic coating machine correctly, efficiently, and safely, and to give full play to the advantages of the equipment, this operating instruction manual is specially compiled. This manual will detail the key aspects such as equipment installation and commissioning, operation procedures, maintenance, and safety precautions to ensure that users can master its operation methods proficiently and guarantee the smooth progress of the production process and the stable and reliable product quality.

I. Equipment Installation and Commissioning
(I) Installation Environment Requirements
The non-plastic coating machine should be installed in an indoor environment that is dry, well-ventilated, and free of obvious dust and impurities. The ambient temperature should be controlled between 10°C and 35°C, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 40% and 70% to ensure the normal operation of the electronic components and mechanical parts of the equipment and avoid equipment failures or coating quality degradation caused by humidity or high temperature.
The installation site should have a stable power supply, and the voltage fluctuation range should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage of the equipment. At the same time, a reliable grounding device should be equipped, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms to ensure the electrical safety of the equipment and the personal safety of the operators and prevent electric shock accidents caused by leakage.

(II) Equipment Installation Steps
Place the coating machine main unit on a stable and sturdy workbench, ensuring that the equipment is placed horizontally. A level gauge can be used for detection and adjustment. The load-bearing capacity of the workbench should be greater than the total weight of the equipment to avoid affecting the operation accuracy and stability of the equipment due to the shaking or sinking of the workbench.
Install the coating material supply system, including the coating material bucket, delivery pipeline, and spray gun. Ensure that the coating material bucket is tightly connected to the delivery pump, the delivery pipeline is undamaged and leak-free, and the spray gun nozzle is adjustable and can achieve uniform and stable coating material injection. During the installation process, attention should be paid to the cleaning and sealing treatment of the coating material supply system to prevent coating material leakage and environmental pollution.

(III) Commissioning and Parameter Setting
When the equipment is newly installed or restarted after a long shutdown, commissioning operations are required. Turn on the power, start each part of the equipment, check the operation of the motor, fan, pump, etc., and observe whether there are abnormal noises, vibrations, or jams. If there are any problems, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
According to the type, shape, and coating process requirements of the material to be coated, set the parameters of the coating machine. The main parameters include the flow rate, pressure, spraying speed, drying temperature, and time of the coating material. Enter the corresponding parameter values through the control panel or operation software of the equipment and conduct a trial run to test and evaluate the coating effect. Make fine adjustments to the parameters according to the actual situation until the ideal coating quality standard is reached. For example, for the coating of metal materials, a higher coating material pressure and a longer drying time may be required to ensure the adhesion and wear resistance of the coating; while for paper materials, a lower coating material flow rate and temperature need to be controlled to prevent material deformation.

II. Operation Procedures
(I) Preparation Work
Before operating the coating machine, operators should wear corresponding protective equipment such as work clothes, gloves, goggles, and masks to prevent the coating material from contacting the skin and respiratory tract and avoid harm to the body.
Check the type, quality, and remaining amount of the coating material to ensure that the coating material meets the coating process requirements and there is sufficient coating material supply in the coating material bucket. At the same time, stir the coating material thoroughly to make it mix evenly and avoid unstable coating quality caused by sedimentation or stratification of the coating material.
Pretreat the material to be coated, such as cleaning the oil, dust, and impurities on the surface to ensure that the surface of the material is flat, dry, and free of obvious defects. For some special materials, surface activation or priming treatment may also be required to improve the adhesion of the coating.

(II) Startup and Operation
Turn on the power switch of the coating machine. According to the operation procedures of the equipment, start the coating material supply system, fan, heating device (if any), etc. in sequence to make the equipment enter the preheating and ready state. During the preheating process, closely monitor the changes of parameters such as temperature and pressure of the equipment to ensure that the equipment reaches the set working conditions.
Place the material to be coated on the workbench of the coating machine, adjust the position and posture of the material to ensure that it can pass through the coating area smoothly. Start the conveying device to slowly feed the material into the coating area, and at the same time start the spray gun to start spraying the coating material. During the spraying process, the operator should pay attention to observing the spraying situation of the coating material and the uniformity of the coating, and adjust the position, angle, and coating material flow rate of the spray gun as appropriate according to the actual situation to ensure that the coating quality meets the requirements.

(III) Monitoring and Adjustment
During the operation of the coating machine, the operator should continuously monitor the parameters of the equipment, such as coating material pressure, flow rate, temperature, drying temperature, etc., as well as the quality indicators of the coating, such as thickness, flatness, and color. Through the display screen, instruments, or sensors of the equipment, real-time understand the operation status of the equipment and the coating quality situation.
If abnormal parameters or coating quality problems are found, such as unstable coating material flow rate, uneven coating thickness, sagging or bubbles, etc., stop the equipment operation immediately and adjust the relevant parameters. After the adjustment, conduct a trial run and detection again until the problem is solved to ensure the stable and reliable coating quality.

(IV) Shutdown and Cleaning
When the coating task is completed, first stop the work of the coating material supply system and the spray gun, and then turn off the heating device, fan, and power switch in sequence to stop the operation of the equipment.
Clean the working area and the surface of the coating machine, and clean up the residual coating material, waste materials, and debris. Use corresponding solvents and tools to clean the spray gun, coating material bucket, delivery pipeline, and other components of the coating material supply system to prevent the coating material from drying and clogging the pipeline and nozzle. At the same time, wipe and maintain the external surface of the equipment to keep the equipment clean and in good condition.

III. Maintenance
(I) Daily Maintenance
After the end of each day's work, perform a simple cleaning and inspection of the coating machine. Wipe the dust and coating material stains on the surface of the equipment, check whether the connections of each part are firm, and whether there are loose, leaky, or damaged phenomena. Especially for the vulnerable parts such as the spray gun, coating material delivery pipeline, and joints, special attention should be paid to ensure their normal operation.
Check the liquid level and quality of the coating material. If the coating material is insufficient or deteriorated, supplement or replace it in time. At the same time, check and maintain the coating material stirring device to ensure its normal operation and the uniformity of the coating material.

(II) Regular Maintenance
Lubricate the transmission parts of the coating machine once a week, such as chains, gears, guide rails, etc., using appropriate lubricants for smearing or injection to reduce the wear of the parts and improve the operation accuracy and stability of the equipment.
Inspect the electrical system of the equipment once a month, including power supply lines, plugs, switches, contactors, relays, etc., to check whether there are loose, aged, burnt, or short-circuit abnormal conditions. At the same time, check whether the grounding of the equipment is good to ensure electrical safety. Clean the dust and debris on the electrical components to avoid affecting the electrical performance due to dust accumulation.
Maintain the drying system of the coating machine once a quarter. Check the working conditions of the heating elements, fans, air ducts, etc., clean the dust and debris in the air ducts to ensure the heating efficiency and ventilation effect of the drying system are good. At the same time, calibrate the drying temperature sensor to ensure the accuracy of temperature control.
