Wide Flexo Printing Machine is suit for customer need, this type of machine using servo motor for control of 80-400gsm paper, printing width from 1450mm to 1850mm, printing repeat from 800mm to 1800mm, max speed can be 260m/min, and suit for carton etc products.

1. Thick casting frame to ensure machine fast and stable working.

2. Servo control have higher precision synchroniza-tion and improve the stability of printing.

3. High servo response reduce the rejection rate and registration time.

4. Servo have pre-overprint and auto-overprint function, it reduce the registration time and wast-age of the material.

5. Servo motor fine tuning plate roller independent-ly, printing pressure of anilox roller and rapid racking system to achieve the management of order and reduce the time of adjust plate.

6. Stable machine tension and tension change monitoring.
